Project Commencement and Site Control Establishment
On the first day of October 2018, Project Director Archibald Beulen assembled the leadership team on virgin desert ground in District 8 of Bixbus, marking the official commencement of The Arlington construction. During an eight-hour shift, surveyor Benny Wong established the primary control network whilst Chief Safety Officer Marcus Torres conducted the first comprehensive hazard assessment. By early afternoon, survey monuments were set and administrative systems activated.
