Third Clivilius Lead Council Meeting
The third sitting of the Clivilius Lead Council, convened on 28 August 2018, at which the Council ratified the creation of the Bixbus Founding Architecture Project under Adrian Pafistis as its founding Chief Construction Coordinator.
The third sitting of the Clivilius Lead Council was convened on 28 August 2018. The Council had by this point fallen into the weekly rhythm of meetings that would characterise its first several months.
Ratification of the Bixbus Founding Architecture Project
The Council ratified the creation of the Bixbus Founding Architecture Project as the execution arm for the construction priorities it had set at its first meeting two weeks earlier. Adrian Pafistis, already seated on the Council as Construction Engineer, was confirmed as the body's founding Chief Construction Coordinator. The proposal was brought to the Council by Paul Smith, who presented it as a response to a partnership that Leila Grantley and Eli Smith had finalised on the Guardians' side six days earlier, committing Killerton Enterprises to supply Bixbus with construction materials, equipment, and skilled personnel. The Council raised no substantive objections. Each of its members was absorbed in the demands of their own portfolios, and the creation of a dedicated body to manage the incoming Killerton supply was received as an operational relief rather than a matter requiring deliberation. The ratification was recorded and the meeting moved on.
